Complaint channel
AECAVA has the highest commitment to ethical and responsible behavior in our activities and operations, along with monitoring the regulatory frameworks and legal provisions that apply to us.
To comply with the requirements to which our activity is subject, as well as to ensure and comply with our commitment to ethical and responsible action, we have a complaint channel, for this purpose, we have instrumented it as an axis of ‘this ethical and responsible culture and commitment, an EXTERNAL CHANNEL OF ETHICS, COMMUNICATION AND COMPLAINTS, with the purpose stated above and, in particular, so that our employees, collaborators, company or individual, can communicate or report:
- Any unethical behaviour or conduct
- Any action that breaches the laws and regulatory frameworks applicable to us
- The breach of the association’s Code of Ethics.
The communication and use of the Ethical Channel of Communication and Complaints for the purposes described above is a right, a duty and an obligation of all members of the Entity.
All communications, requests and/or complaints must be made under the principle of good faith and, therefore, must be based on facts or indications from which the performance of a behavior that has been to communicate Likewise, the principle of good faith requires that in no case can it be inferred that there is falsehood, lack of truth or intent to take revenge or harm a third party.
In order to be able to exercise the right and fulfill the obligation to communicate, the Entity has set up an external Ethics, Complaints and Communication Channel, to provide guarantees of independence, protection of the complainant and compliance with the regulations in the matter of data protection
