Molí Parellada, founded as a small family winery in 1987 in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, produces and exports some of the finest cavas from the Penedès worldwide. Francisco Domínguez, winemaker and owner, is above all the soul behind Molí Parellada cavas, which have grown with the vision of creating a cava that is representative of the authentic tradition of the Penedès while also carrying an unmistakable character. Molí Parellada cavas reflect the unique territory of the Penedès: a typically Mediterranean climate with mild winters and hot, dry summers, which defines balanced wines with their own character.
