Mas Oliver captures the essence of a family business with a long tradition of cava production, dating back to 1929 and spanning four generations. This makes it one of the oldest in the cava capital, Sant Sadurní d’Anoia. This winery produces high-quality cava, the result of a careful blend of selected wines made from the traditional grape varieties of the Penedès region: macabeo, xarel·lo, and parellada.
