We are a cava house founded in 1987, continuing the family tradition that began in 1897. Our cavas express the desire to preserve a family legacy and the commitment to producing a quality product by reviving the traditional blends of Penedès grape varieties and focusing on long aging periods. In our production process, we always remain faithful to classic methods, maintaining manual riddling, hand disgorging, and the essential requirement for creating the finest cavas: giving time its due.
