Jaume Serra is located on the top of a hill that gently slopes down towards the Mediterranean Sea in Vilanova i La Geltrú (Barcelona).
In 1997, the García Carrión Family acquired the Jaume Serra Winery, incorporating cava into their range of Denominations of Origin within the ambitious García Carrión Family Wines project.
Our cellars, fully climate-controlled between 15 º and 18 ºC, are prepared to produce 60 million bottles of cava per year, with cavas from different vintages, following the traditional method (second fermentation in the bottle). They rest in the silence of our underground cellars for at least 12 months for fermentation and aging in the bottle.
