Emendis is history, experience, mysticism, tradition, and future: a new way of understanding wines and cavas, from the vineyards to the stimulation of the senses when enjoying a glass. Emendis is the name of the first woman who lived on the estate owned by the Vallès family: an old manor house in the town of Castellet i la Gornal (Alt Penedès), with historical records dating back to 1186. Today, it gives its name to the new winery and the wines produced there. It is our personal tribute to the perseverance and history of these lands, which have long embraced a concept passed down through generations: working the estate.
The Emendis wines and cavas have been crafted with the aim of satisfying the preferences of the audience they are intended for: all those eager to experience new sensations.
