Celler Vell

Celler Vell is a company exclusively dedicated to the production of artisanal cava, preserving the family tradition from the early 20th century, based on cultivating the vineyards of our estate located in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia. In 1954, Pere Estruch Casanovas founded the company, and his children continue the work he started, enriched by over 60 years of experience. Our cava cellars are nestled on a beautiful hill in the heart of the Penedès, right in the center of the Cava Capital, Sant Sadurní d’Anoia. Surrounded by vineyards, we meticulously work through the production and aging process of Celler Vell in a strictly artisanal manner.
