Cellers Capità Vidal were created by Capità Enric Vidal in 1985. Marine badge with extensive experience as a solo navigator. After two trips around the world, he went on to realize what would be his great dream, to found Cellers Capità Vidal with his wife Tati Fuchs, a sailor, sailing champion and with many miles at sea.
Together they created a family winery of limited production, producing wines and cavas with quality recognized by experts from different countries.
After 25 years at the head of the Celler, Enrique Vidal cedes the helm of the company to Helena Yglesias Fuchs, a person with experience in the Celler. Technical engineer in agro-food industries and degree in Oenology from the University of Tarragona. It implements new techniques and trends in the production of wines and cavas and establishes the Ecological methodology.
