We are wine growers and processors since 1955. We use an integrated viticulture in order to respect the environment. We work with the native varieties of the territory: Macabeu, Xarel·lo and Parellada. All the grapes used to make Blancher wines and cavas have been pressed and fermented in our cellars located in the middle of Sant Sadurní d’Anoia , where we opt for the latest production techniques, without forgetting to preserve the tradition of manual work.
“Controlling the grapes from the vineyard to be able to guarantee the highest quality”, is the motto of our founder Antonio Capdevila Pujol, persevered by all generations of Blancher.
