Finca Batllori is a family winery located in Subirats, in the heart of the Penedès, where we have been producing quality cavas with a limited production since the 50s.
The bottles of Batllori cava rest for months in silence inside a modernist building, surrounded by a privileged environment: the Finca de Can Figueres, with a winemaking tradition that begins in the 17th century.
Our efforts focus on taking care of the product and the environment with an innovative attitude without losing tradition.
