Guilera

Cava Guilera is a small family-run cellar from Penedès – Barcelona. It was founded in 1927 and nowadays it is led by the forth generation of the family. We are specialized in traditionally made premium cava [Reserva and Gran Reserva] and make around 30,000 bottles per year. Our philosophy is based on the idea that cava needs time to become a Great Cava. That is why all our cavas are aged on its lees for a minimum of 24 months for up to 13 years. Consumption is a brushstroke that exemplifies tomorrow’s society. Have a taste of us!
