The story of a generation’s love for the vineyard and the constant search to find the fullest expression of wine. At Sumarroca, we condense the winemaking essence of the most iconic area for cava and wine production in the Penedès, the innovative drive of a great team of professionals, and a Mediterranean organoleptic philosophy that expresses freshness, elegance, and smoothness. All of this is embodied in the more than 400 hectares of organic cultivation on our estates: Finca Molí Coloma, with 36 hectares and a paper mill dating back to the late 15th century; Finca Sumarroca, located in Monistrol d’Anoia, with 404 hectares divided into over 100 plots; and Finca Heretat Sabartés, with a modernist palace from the 18th century and 25 hectares of vineyards.
