Our family has passed down the secret of making great wines and the love for our land, producing wines and cavas from grapes harvested from our own estates.
The bottles, sheltered in our cellar located directly beneath the 15th-century farmhouse, 12 meters underground, and unique in the world for its original six-pointed star structure and central rotunda, patiently wait until they reach their optimal maturation point.
The traditional varieties Macabeu, Xarel·lo, and Parellada, together with the age of our vineyards in the Alt Penedès, ensure the constant quality of our product.
