Parés Baltà

Parés Baltà is a 100% family-owned winery with origins dating back to 1790. We produce high-quality biodynamic wines and cavas from grapes grown on our five estates, a diverse mosaic of soils and microclimates, with vineyards planted between 170 and 750 meters in altitude, giving our wines their unique character. We continue our tradition, but with young and fresh ideas. The winery is managed by the third generation of the family, represented by Joan and Josep Cusiné. Their wives, Mª Elena Jiménez and Marta Casas, are responsible for winemaking. These two young, talented winemakers influence the cavas, which are characterized by concentration and strength while also displaying elegance and balance.
