The Oliver Sivill family are, above all, lovers of the Penedès, this land, its vineyards, and its landscape. We are proud winegrowers, committed to keeping alive the legacy of our ancestors: the land, passed down from generation to generation.
Today, we own vineyards in several municipalities in the Penedès: Subirats, Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, Sant Martí Sarroca, Torrelles de Foix, and Font-rubí. In total, we cultivate 55 hectares with 12 different grape varieties.
In 2010, we decided to embark on a new adventure: to bottle a small portion of our grape production. This led to the creation of the company Oliver Viticultors.
At the Cal Xic de l’Agustí farmhouse, wine was produced until the mid-1960s, when the activity ceased and the grapes were sold to third parties, a common practice in many Penedès farmhouses. That’s why we are thrilled to revive this activity, restoring the old cellar for bottle aging, and creating a space to welcome customers and visitors.
In 2013, we realized our dream by launching our first cavas on the market. It was a magical moment for the family, as it fills us with satisfaction to know that our customers take home a small piece of our land and our daily work. Because at Oliver Viticultors, we make cavas with heart and soul.
