Miquel Pons

Miquel Pons is our family’s brand, which, after 250 years and several generations dedicated to vineyard care and winemaking, began bottling and marketing wine and cava in 1992. The winery is located in the municipality of La Granada in the heart of the Penedès, and the estate currently manages 80 hectares of vineyards, all of which are certified organic. Miquel Pons cavas are known for their quality, fruity and creamy characteristics, and long aging periods. All the cavas are produced in a highly artisanal manner, with semi-manual disgorging without freezing the neck of the bottle, emulating a natural, hand disgorging process.
