Jaume Giró i Giró: Tradition since 1926
Jaume Giró i Giró is one of the smallest and most historic cava producers in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia. Throughout its long history, it has stood out for crafting artisanal cavas in very limited productions. Currently, the company is run by winemaker Ramon Giró i Gramona, the third generation of the family, who has given a definitive boost to the production and quality of their products, as demonstrated by recent awards and recognitions. In recent years, all vineyards, wines, and cavas have become organic.
