Caves El Mas Ferrer is a family-owned company located in the small village of Ca l’Avi, within the municipality of Subirats. We produce different types of cavas, from brut to grand reserves, all of very high quality. We also have 2 organic cavas: the brut rosé reserve and a brut nature reserve. Currently, we are still carrying out the process of bottle riddling or clarification by hand, using traditional pupitres.
