Our winery was founded in 1918 in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia (Barcelona), a town in the Alt Penedès region, which is globally recognized as the birthplace of the Cava Designation of Origin. The winery has been located in the historic center of the town since the day it was founded. The production method adheres to the principles of tradition, wisdom, and experience, while incorporating all the innovations and technology that today’s world can offer in crafting quality cavas.
