Bolet

For more than seven generations, the Bolet family has been dedicated to growing vines and making wine. In 1982, Josep Anton Bolet Bolet began bottling the first bottles of Cava under the BOLET brand. Over the years, together with his sons Jordi, viticulturist and in charge of the vineyards, and Xavier, winemaker at the winery, they have been expanding the brand to different places, positioning the name of the BOLET family throughout the international markets. Currently, the farm consists of 70 Hectares of organic vines with ECO certification (CCPAE) and more than 100 Ha of forest. The properties, located in the municipality of Castellví de la Marca (Penedès), correspond to the estates of Can Planes d’en Perull, Les Conilleres and Mas Lluet where the winery is located.
